Alternating theory, demonstration and supervised practice on real models.
Morning
Theory- Hair anatomy and structure, hair cycle, pH
- Hair types and weakening factors
- Active ingredients: tannins, keratin, formaldehyde-free formulas
- Indications & contraindications (conditions, previous treatments)
- Hair diagnosis: criteria and analysis grid
Early afternoon
Demonstration & method- Techniques: Brazilian, Indian, tannin, French, formaldehyde-free
- Safety, workstation setup, protection of client and professional
- Full step-by-step demonstration by the trainer
- Marketing module: promoting the service, pricing, client loyalty
Late afternoon
Supervised practice- Workstation organisation, equipment and products (instructions)
- Hands-on diagnosis and building a personalised protocol
- Performing the smoothing on real models under supervision
- Technical adjustments based on hair reaction
- Maintenance advice and selling follow-up products
Closing
Assessment- Handing over the training certificate

Assessment during the course

Final practical assessment
Full smoothing on a model, assessed against a grid (diagnosis, preparation, application, result, safety).
Theory assessment
Multiple-choice test covering hair anatomy, products and contraindications.
Validation criteria
Validated if 80% of the grid items are met, otherwise a corrective roadmap is planned.
Records kept: signed assessment grids, certificates, attendance sheet, test papers, before/after photos (with consent), validation reports.
